Tuesday advanced

First - stopping a pass:

From our backs - person standing, grab pants legs, start the toreando pass. From you back, go to your side, arm near ground plants, other arm stiff arms their shoulder, hip out, get your legs back up.

Second - passing:

This exercise is for the person on top. We start in half guard, knee shield up.

You get your grips on their arm near ground, and grab their pant leg low on the knee shield. Come up to the knee slide position, one hand on their pant leg with knee shield, the other hand doing the choke position near their collar, thumb in.

Then when they hip out a bit to get their leg near ground on your hip, you push the pant leg you are holding, sprawl, and pass to their back.

Rolling - we started in close guard. Rolled with Zach, Jacob, Eric, and Brian.

Saturday all level

Today we started with take downs, with the inside leg reap, where they pull their leg out and you switch to a hip toss.

We went to the ground, working on over grip breaks from butterfly guard. We went over face plant pulls to the tackle, grabbing knee and ankle.
